AMACCAO’s got talent – AMACCAO’s got talent is an AMACCAO talent search contest for all employees working at the Group and its subsidiaries to express their passion and talent through video submission. contest with a free theme that integrates the company’s products and brands.
By the end of October 11, 2021, more than 20 entries have been submitted. After a day of continuous work and careful censorship, the organizers selected 15 quality-assured exams and posted them on the Youtube channel AMACCAO GROUP and started the voting round on October 12, 2021.
The AMACCAO 2021 Talent voting round will end on October 18, 2021.
At this contest, AMACCAO PILE contributed 2 entries with talents from the sales department and HR department of the Ha Nam factory cluster. The contests show individual talents and thereby convey the brand’s image to a large audience.

How to calculate points and prizes
Scoring method:
- 1 view on youtube = 1 point
- 1 comment on youtube = 3 points. Which, the comment must be related to the video and only 1 comment will be counted for each account
- 1 like video on youtube = 2 points
The total prize of the contest is up to 20,000,000 VND, specifically:
- 01 first prize worth 5 million VND + 01 socket + 05 3A 350ml water tanks;
- 01 second prize worth 3 million VND + 01 socket + 03 3A 350ml water tanks;
- 01 third prize worth 2 million VND + 01 outlet + 02 3A 350ml water tanks;
- 03 consolation prizes, each worth 1 million VND + 01 socket + 01 3A 350ml water tank;
- 01 most impressive video prize voted by BTC and BLD worth 2 million VND + 01 socket + 02 3A 350ml water tanks;
